• Only one account may be registered per phone number and email address.
• You may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process after registration.
• Opening an account using another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their passwords secure.

Fg99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.

All applicable rules must be followed when placing bets on fg99. fg99's Terms and Conditions relating to betting are outlined below:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets placed at odds that appear abnormal due to a technical error may be voided.
• In Sports Betting, official results issued by the relevant governing or international body are considered final.
